Butler Motorsports Ready for Peach State

After three long weeks off, and a lot of hard work by all involved, the Horizon Technologies/Conterra Ultra Broadband Monte Carlo is ready to go. Josh Butler will make his second start in the Allison Legacy Series this Saturday when the series visits Peach State Speedway in Jefferson, GA. After running well, but eventually crashing out of the first event in Rougemont, NC, everyone is excited to be getting back into action at the high banked ½ mile track. A HUGE thank you goes out to Butch, Bret and Brandon Hylton of BKB2 Motorsports for the work that they have done over the past three weeks to get the car rebuilt and ready for action.

Quotes:

Chris Butler: “There is no way we could have done all of this without BKB2 Motorsports and the help of the Hyltons… the car looks great, and is back to exactly where it was before the crash. Those guys worked really hard to get us back on the track and we truly appreciate their efforts. We are excited about heading to Peach State and hope that we can build off of what we did in the first race.

Josh Butler: “I’m really looking forward to going to Peach State and to getting back into the car. Everyone put so much work into getting the car ready to go again and we want to see if we can pick up where we left off just before the crash at Orange County. I’m excited about running this track…I’ve heard it’s a really fast ½ mile and I think we can have a good day there. I’d also like to thank the guys at BKB2 Motorsports for their efforts in getting the car back together…it looks great and should run the same.”

The race this Saturday at Peach State will be a companion event with the Hooters Pro Cup Series. Qualifying will be at 2:00pm with the 50 lap Legacy feature running at 4:45pm.
