Josh Butler Plans to Benefit From
Future Stars Academy
Josh Butler, coming off a successful 2006 season, has added
another weapon to his arsenal: the teen driver has signed
as a member of the Future Stars in Racing Training & Development
Academy to enhance his career.
The academy was founded by Rolfe Schnur, well known in motorsports
marketing circles, and Charles Hudson, who started his career
in racing as an official in NASCAR Busch Grand National Series
races. Backed by an advisory board with stellar reputations,
the Academy offers training in all aspects of racing except
driving. Even that is covered in one respect: how a driver
reacts to perceived slights on the track will have a great
impact on one's perception by the public and fellow competitors.
"The Future Stars in Racing Academy is a great opportunity
for me to take my racing career to the next level and become
a much more successful driver outside the racecar, with the
media and while I'm out in public," said Butler.
Web-based seminars "webinars" form one core aspect
of the training, accompanied by written and oral assignments,
public appearances, interviews on video, in person and via
telephone to give Academy members vitally needed experience
in dealing with the public and the media.
"My family and I look forward to working with Rolfe and
Charles
we are really excited about the Academy and
what it has to offer" Butler added.
Watch for the young driver to continue his progress through
the field in the Allison Legacy series and as he adds dirt
Modifieds and Limited Sprint Cars to his
resume.
